Are the products of good quality?

Beautybic products have been carefully selectedproduct is only chosen in our selection, after we have personally researched its effectiveness. High quality and the products effectiveness on the skin is extremely important to us. Are the products safe to use?

Using the Products

The use of product caused a bruise. Is this normal?

The correct use of our products should not cause any bruising. But, bruising is possible if the product is used incorrectly. Our products are effective, so please always read the manual before use and begin with the lowest power setting.

Is redness on the skin normal?

Your skin can show signs of redness after use, depending on the product used. This is because of increased blood flow and it will pass shortly. Test the product on a small area of the skin to see how your skin reacts.

Delivery Methods and Payment Options

Delivery Methods and Times

At this time, we only deliver inside Finland as a postal parcel. The parcel is sent to the nearest post office or post machine. The delivery is 2-5  working days.

Tracking the Delivery

In 1-2 days from your order, we will send you a tracking code to your email. With the code you can track your order anytime.

Payment Options

Our products can be bought with your online banking ID, Mastercard or Visa. You can also choose to pay by bill.

Returns and Complaints

Cancellations

Our products have a 14 day exchange and return policy, in accordance with distance selling legislation. Taking into account the hygiene requirements, the product should be unused and in the original packaging.

Reclamations

If the product is missing, damaged in transit, the product does not correspond to the order, is incorrect or there is a mistake in the delivery process, please contact our customer service. Quick action will speed up the process.

The 14 day exchange and return period does not limit a customers right to report a complaint after the period. If a customer has received an incorrect or flawed product or service, Beautybic is liable for the error in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. Beautybic is responsible for the cost of returning a defective product and other mandatory obligations under the Consumer Protection Act.

Giftcards

Period of Validity

Our gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
