Use of Products

The correct use of our products should not cause any bruising. But, bruising is possible if the products are used incorrectly. Our products are effective, so please always carefully read the manual before use and begin with the lowest possible power setting.

Is redness on the skin normal?

Your skin can show signs of redness after use, depending on the product used. This is because of increased bloodflow, and will pass. Test the product on a small area of skin to see how your skin reacts.

Delivery Methods and Payment Options

Delivery method and time

At this moment, we only deliver inside Finland as a postal parcel. The parcel is sent to the nearest post office or post machine. The delivery is 2–5 workingdays.

Tracking the delivery

In 1-2 days from your order, we sill send you a trackingcode via email. With the code you can track your delivery at any time.

Payment methods

You can pay for the products with your online banking ID, Mastercard –or Visacard. You can also pay by bill.

Returns and Complaints


Our products have a 14 day exchange and return policy, in accordance wih distance selling legislation. Taking into account the hygiene recuirements, the product should be unused and in the original packaging.

Reclamations and complaints

If the product is missing, damaged in transit, the product does not correspond to the order, is incorrect or there is a mistake in the delivery process, please contact our customer service. Quick action will speed up the process.

The 14-day exchange and return period does not limit a customers right to report a complaint after the period. If a customer has received an incorrect or flawed product or service, Beautybic is liable for the error in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. Beautybic is responsible for the cost of returning a defective product and other mandatory obligations under the Consumer Protection Act.
